GMT Time switch to PST on Zeus Server!

After the 6 hour maintenance and the transfer of Zeus Server to California. Zeus is now using Pacific Coastal time rather than GMT Time.

What does everyone think about our new time zone settings?

confused... so will the exp hour and manu hours stay the same time, or adjust to the same hours of game time?

In game is PST

The in game times are based off server time (or in game time as shown in the options->settings window)

If you have racoon paradise at 2:00 shown it means 2:00 pst

The bonus hours should also comply as they are following the timing off the server.

Some help for the change:

PST (Pacific Standard Time) is -8 hours from GMT

To correct for the shift in your time zone, take your old change and -8 hours.

Take a cheap clock and set to PST
This will help greatly when playing.
Instead of doing math over and over, look at your PST clock.

In answer to admin, I do think this is a troubled state.

Reason being the game has been based in GMT for so long now, people are used to it.

Not to mention that each computer can be setup to function in a different time zone...
The server could just run in GMT without the hassle and fit the worldly standard of using GMT.

I guess we can all change the time frame and new users will just use this as accepted new learning. Just as long as this does not become a battle with nDoors/Luminary/ijji whoever jumping back and forth for a month trying to figure things out... In all honesty a online mmo which is world wide, timing should be a good priority right up there with the data securely transfered.

It should stay at GMT. It's what we're used to, and it's not a time-zone that is in use, except for placing times of other time-zones. PST is an ok time-zone, and it actually makes it easier for me to be in any bonus time. Still I think this shouldn't change.
